The continuous development of our production processes is a central component of our corporate strategy. By using modern technologies, we create even greater reliability, precision, and access to innovative manufacturing solutions for our customers.

Last year, we therefore made targeted investments in the field of laser welding. A modern laser welding system consisting of two welding cells and a powerful extraction system with its own filter unit was installed in the production hall of Plant No. 1.

Three state-of-the-art laser welding machines with outputs of 1.5 kW and 3 kW are used. These enable the precise and clean welding of structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, as well as the secure joining of galvanized sheets. Laser welding is particularly impressive when it comes to thin sheets, thanks to its high speed, accuracy, and excellent seam quality.

One focus of our current applications is the soldering of galvanized steel. This process ensures a permanent connection without damaging the zinc coating. The result is uniform, clean connections while maintaining the corrosion protection properties of the manufactured components.
