The in-house design, manufacture and maintenance of our equipment is the basis for our performance. Our tool shop ensures the ongoing maintenance and repair of more than 4,000 tools and fixtures. New tools up to a size of 2,800 x 1,600 mm and a weight of up to 15 tons are manufactured there. Our design engineers accompany the components throughout the entire process. Starting with the construction of the tools, over the try out up to the running series. The forming simulation complements our decades of experience and enables us to find optimal and economically valuable tool solutions for our customers.
